Happy 23rd work anniversary, Juan! Joining the Caretaker family in 1998 as a maintenance foreman, Juan has worn many hats from maintenance to irrigation, to operations and even training. Throughout the years, he has always been a team motivator, who provides a fresh perspective. Earning essential industry credentials along the way. Being a Certified Arborist, Certified Desert Landscape professional and his SLM certification – Juan has continually taken our core value of being educated and put it into action. Currently keeping the Fleet Department cruising as our small engine tech, he says making a career change in his early 20s “was not an easy decision, but after 23 years here I think I made the correct choice.” Join us in congratulating Juan – Thank you for all of the years of hard work and dedication & cheers to many more!
