We CARE

We CARE about the community we live in. There are so many great causes to support in the Valley. Our corporate culture fosters volunteerism and we believe in supporting charitable organizations.  Here are a few highlights:  

 
• Cereal Drive for Sunshine Acres – Business Development Manager, Michelle Izquierdo, and several of our Account Managers delivered cereal boxes to AAM,Brown Community Management and Tri-City Property Management.   A partnership with AACM Outreach.
• Ronald McDonald House Charities – The Caretaker Maintenance Team starts maintenance on the Ronald McDonald House, located in Phoenix, starting in November.  A partnership with AACM Outreach.
• Ryan House – Matt White and Mischelle Arreca donated to Ryan House on behalf of BOMA’s October Luncheon Guest Speaker, Chad Littell with Cushman & Wakefield.
• Sojourner Center – The Caretaker Family worked together to collect clothing, baby clothing, household items, etc for Sojourner.  We will be collecting items at our corporate office in Gilbert until the end of November.
• Operation Caregiver – Our corporate office in Gilbert was a donation dropoff location for Operation Caregiver.  In addition, we donated items to support our Troops.   A partnership with AACM Outreach.
• Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC) – Director of Project Development, Dena Jones, along with Managing Director Todd Schneider,Director of Construction Management Jack Nestruck, Account Manager Josh Dressler and our construction crews are volunteering their time to work on Valley Partnership’s 25th Anniversary community project with Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC).

  

Team Member Spotlight

Todd Schneider – Managing Director, SLM
 
Todd has 14 years of experience in heavy civil and residential construction and development management. For eight years, Todd was the Manager of Land Development for Pulte Homes. He supervised the development of some of the largest master planned community in the Valley including Anthem at Merrill Ranch, Cortina, Coldwater Springs, Solera and Johnson Ranch. Todd has been instrumental in creating Caretaker’s Construction division and growing the company since he joined the team, Click Here to learn more about Todd.
