This weekend was the Excellence in Landscaping Award Gala for the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association (ALCA).  Our team did an outstanding job on these projects and we came home with some top honors.  We have included the descriptions of each award to give you an idea of what each award means.

The results are as follows:

Award of Excellence: Awards may be given to projects, which demonstrate outstanding levels of workmanship and creativity. Entries must receive a 90% score or above and have the highest score of all projects entered in that category to qualify for an Award of Excellence. Only one Award of Excellence will be given per category.

·        Anthem at Merrill Ranch – Commercial Maintenance Category over $500,000

·        Rovey Farms- Commercial Maintenance Category $150,000 – $250,000

·        Boulders North- Commercial Maintenance Category $50,000 – $150,000

Award of Distinction: Awards may be given to projects, which demonstrate superior levels of workmanship and creativity. Entries must receive an 80% score or above to qualify for an Award of Distinction. Only one Award of Distinction will be given per category.

·        City Square- Commercial Maintenance Category $50,000 – $150,000

·        Sunrise Trail – Commercial Installation Category $50,001 – $100,000

Judges Award: Awards may be given to projects, which demonstrate distinguished levels of workmanship and creativity. Entries must receive a 70% score or above; more than one Judges Award may be given in each category.

·        Coldwater Springs – Commercial Maintenance Category $150,000 – $250,000

·        Via Sat – Commercial Installation Category $250,001 – $300,000

·        The Meadows – Commercial Installation Category Over $500,001

·        Prominence/Montana Vista II – Commercial Installation Category $550,001 – $500,000

·        Boulders 5th Green – Commercial Maintenance Category $25,000 – $50,000
