In 1988, Caretaker, Inc. started with two retired bankers and a vision; To be the best landscape company in the Valley. Six months later, we had our first client, Microchip Technologies, and started our first two person crew. Twenty-four years later, Caretaker Landscape and Tree Management has over 130 employees, 5 locations, 6 ISA Certified Arborists, 15 irrigation technicians and is known as one of the best landscape company’s in the Valley. Our success couldn’t have been accomplished without our wonderful loyal clients and our highly educated, professional, passionate, and reputable team members. In 1997, Matt joined Caretaker, Inc. as a Gardener. He left in 1993 to attend college at the University of Arizona. When he graduated in 1997, Matt moved to San Diego to pursue a sales position selling long distance service and soon realized selling long distance was not for him.
