The Master Developer for Sienna Hills is Starwood Land Ventures. Copper Nail Construction has been hired by Starwood Land Ventures as the Construction Management Consultant for the project. Copper Nail is a full service construction management firm that specializes in streamlining the development cycle and creating additional value for developers. “I was excited to be hired by Starwood Land Ventures as the consultant responsible for building Sienna Hills for many reasons including the location of the community, the gorgeous views of the desert and because Vollmer and Associates incorporated the natural harmony of the desert landscape to enhance the native desert elements. Sienna Hills landscape includes many native desert trees and shrubs, such as Palo Brea, Palo Verde, Desert Museum, Red Yucca, Deer Grass, Outback Cassia, Lantana, Valentine Bush, Creosote, Jojoba, Red Bird of Paradise, Brittle Bush, Saguaro, Agave and Ocotillo.
